Contact details (Name, email, phone number, address).
Student information (Name, DOB, school year group, educational needs).
Payment information (processed securely via TutorCruncher/Stripe).

We use this data to:

Manage ‘Pod’ bookings and academic tracking.
Communicate regarding session updates via WhatsApp or email.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students while at the Seaview Road Hub.

3. Data Retention & Security

We store your data securely in accordance with UK GDPR. We will never sell your data to third parties. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our educational services or comply with legal obligations.

4. Your Rights

Terms & Conditions

The Study Zone Commitment Model

Success in the 11+, Entrance Exams, and SATs is built on a cumulative curriculum. Every lesson builds on the last. To ensure every child in the group makes the necessary progress without disruption, we operate on a half-termly block booking basis.

By enrolling at The Study Zone, you are securing a dedicated seat for your child within a small, focused group of a maximum of six students.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Block Bookings: Places are reserved and paid for in advance for the duration of a half-term. We follow the Wirral School’s academic calendar.
Fees: Lessons are charged at £25 per hour.
Invoicing: You will receive an invoice via email 14 days before the start of each new half-term.
Securing Your Slot: To maintain your child’s place, payment must be settled in full no later than 7 days before the first lesson of the new block. Unpaid slots may be offered to families on our waiting list.
Cancellations & Absences: Because your child’s place is reserved exclusively for them, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or “make-up” sessions for missed classes.

What Happens if a Lesson is Missed?

If your child is unable to attend due to illness or family commitments, please let me know as soon as possible. While the session cannot be refunded, I will ensure that all lesson materials, practice papers, and homework are set aside for you to collect so that your child does not fall behind.

Small-group tuition thrives on consistency. This model allows me to plan resources specifically for the children in the room and ensures that every student is moving forward.
